1.  Please have your Client or Debt # ready

2.  Know which Agency (payee) you are paying as well as amount owing. 

3.  Click on your bank link below and proceed to set up payee as one of the following;  

 Collectrite of Hamilton                or              Credimax Collections Canada  

 Debt Payment:     Account # DB +  6 numbers.    example  (DB140110)

 Client Payment :  Account # begins with  CM, HA, or HL  + 4 numbers. examples  (HA4771) (CM2550) 

 Email Money Transfer

  *RECIPIENT:  Collectrite of Hamilton  Email to: info@collectritehamilton.com

   *RECIPIENT:  Credimax Collectons Canada   Email to:  inquiry@credimax.ca

  * Security Question is:  PASSWORD      * Security Response is :  CASH  

*Memo to Recipient (Agency) : Your company,personal name, your Account#  

Pay in person at one of our Collection Offices       

Cash , Debit (Hamilton Only), bank draft, money order or cheque.

Send Payment by Courier or Expresspost to Collection Office 

Cheque or Money Order / Draft   payable to Creditor ( who you owe)

IMPORTANT 

To ensure proper credit to your account quickly and to guarantee credit during your "No Report Grace Period" , it is imperative payment is made directly to our office.  We report your debt status to to National Credit Reporting Agencies, not our clients.
